Tofu pudding is a common snack in Taiwan. We likely have one in any seasons and anytime especially the afternoon tea time or after dinner. We like a syrup flavor with ginger or almond in winter; we also like syrup flavor with crushed ice in hot weather. Whatever which one we like, tofu pudding is all served with sweet toppings like cooked peanuts, tapioca balls, sweet potato balls, taro balls, red beans, mung beans… etc. Highly recommend tourist should taste Taiwanese tofu pudding when you travel Formosa.

Typical ingredients used for Taiwanese-style teppanyaki are beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, fish; basic vegetables are cabbage and bean sprouts. Rice usually accompany the meal; but in here; rice porridge and traditional Taiwanese pickles are the other good choice that you cannot miss!!
